Title: Project Coordinator

Description

Overview: As a Project Coordinator for Frankenmuth Industrial Services: You will be responsible for any and all tasks in support of Project and Program managers, ensuring that jobs progress according to schedule, budget, and accurately to the work order from the customer.

Job Functions:

1. Communicate with internal Shop Managers and other internal personnel.
2. Review shop order schedules to determine status and communicate with stakeholders.
3. Work with the Shop to create schedules and action logs in order to keep personnel informed and updated on project status.
4. Help manage resources cost-effectively.
   Breakdown and order jobs.
5. Manage our supply chain from Purchase Order to project completion.
6. At all stages of the project, will keep jobs on schedule, and within budget, and will inform the Shop regarding status through completion.

Qualifications:

1. High School diploma
2. One to three (1 -3) years related work experience in management or project management or purchasing.
3. Must be organized and able to work independently and as part of a team
4. Excellent written and oral communication skills
5. Fluent in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
